In October of 2013 Lydia Grant Gboi moved by her passion to serve humanity founded Concern Aid International, (CAI), Inc.
During her work as a health worker in the rural parts of Liberia, Lydia observed series of challenges which include:
Currently CAI is expanding its activities to all rural counties of Liberia.

- Poor health and sanitary condition.
- High poverty and Illiteracy rate.
- Food insecurity for vulnerable people especially women, children and, the physically challenged.
Currently CAI is expanding its activities to all rural counties of Liberia.
